outdated room veneer chips
The staff was VERY nice and helpful.
The room I booked was listed as a five-star hotel, but IT felt outdated. There were visible chips on the veneer of the inbuilt wardrobes, indicating wear and tear. The lack of a minibar with snacks or tea was quite disappointing. ESPECIALLY since I arrived jet-lagged from Europe and wanted something to tide me over until breakfast.

helpful staff lovely view minimum standards black mildew
the staff were very helpful and cute. the location and view from the room were lovely!!!
the room was cleaned to bare minimum standards. i noticed some black mildew on the hand held shower nozzle, this was never addressed, disappointing.

broken safe unhelpful staff
The location was acceptable, close to many attractions I wanted to see.
My room's safe was broken, it remained unfixed . I requested it be repaired multiple times, but nothing was done. The staff were also slow and unhelpful, which really frustrated me.
