The staff was VERY nice and helpful.
The room I booked was listed as a five-star hotel, but IT felt outdated. There were visible chips on the veneer of the inbuilt wardrobes, indicating wear and tear. The lack of a minibar with snacks or tea was quite disappointing. ESPECIALLY since I arrived jet-lagged from Europe and wanted something to tide me over until breakfast.

The location was acceptable, close to many attractions I wanted to see.
My room's safe was broken, it remained unfixed . I requested it be repaired multiple times, but nothing was done. The staff were also slow and unhelpful, which really frustrated me.
